Terms, Conditions, & Policies
BY-APPOINTMENT ONLY
Keyluxe Beauty and Ink services are by appointment only. Book online here, or text (619)738-0662. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response. Credit card information is required to reserve an appointment. The card will only be charged the deposit at the time of booking or 100% of the services cost in the event of a no-show or late cancellation. You will pay the rest in full at your appointment. APPOINTMENT RESERVATIONS
Credit card information is required to reserve an appointment. The card will only be charged in the event of a no-show or late cancellation. After booking your appointment, an invoice will be sent to the e-mail address you've provided.
DEPOSITS ARE REQUIRED
All appointments require a $20 USD deposit to reserve your appointment. The deposit is used towards your scheduled appointment and a credit card on file is required at the time of booking. Your deposit will be refunded back to you if you cancel your appointment before the 24-hour window. Your deposit will be transferred in the event of a reschedule before the 24-hour window.
TOUCH-UP APPOINTMENTS
Lash extension touch-ups are eligible for touch-up/fill pricing only if 50% of the lashes are still in-tact.
New clients are not eligible for lash extension touch-up pricing as touch-ups are only for services provided at Keyluxe Beauty and Ink. New clients must book a removal service (if lash extensions are still in-tact from previous artist) and their desired full-set.
PAYMENTS
Keyluxe Beauty and Ink accepts all cash and major credit/debit card payments. Credit and debit card payments made in-person and e-mailed invoices are processed securely via Square. Optional accepted forms of payment can be made to Keyluxe Beauty and Ink PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle. Cash App is not an acceptable form of payment.
CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please inform us 24 hours before your scheduled appointment so we can refund your deposit. No-shows and cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the original cost of service to the card used to reserve the appointment.
TARDINESS
Please plan to arrive five to ten minutes before your scheduled appointment time to complete paperwork. We cannot assure that you will be seen if you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment. Each service provided is allocated time to ensure exceptional results.
To save time, complete the Procedure Consent Form that is provided in your confirmation e-mail or at www.keyluxebeautyandink.com located under the Forms tab.
GRATUITY
Tips and gratuities are customary for good service and usually average 15 to 25% of treatment price. Tips can be given in cash or charged to a credit card. All tips are deeply appreciated.
REFUNDS
All treatments and services are non-refundable. No exceptions.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Prospective clients with pre-existing conditions may be required to provide a physician’s permission prior to receiving treatments and services at Keyluxe Beauty and Ink. We do not perform services on anyone under the age of 18 without a parent or guardian's consent.
